·What Should I Do If X-BOAT Pro Disconnects Or The Sound Is Choppy?

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
1) Ensure your phone is on the right hand side of your body.
2) Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
3) If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

Can I Use The Left/Right Earbud On Its Own?

Yes, just take one earbud out from the charging case to use.
If you are using two earbuds, you can put the earbud you don't want to use in the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.

What audio codecs do X-BOAT Pro support?

SBC, AAC, and LDAC.

How can I turn on LDAC？

Your phone must support the decoding format.（IPhone does not support）In the background of Bluetooth link, there is an option of LDAC, just turn it on.

Curious about the sound profile of the headphones. What are your advantages over some competing products in tuning?

First is the we are a company focused on the TWS field，We have our own unique insights in tuning.We prefer balance and comfort sounding that doesn’t put too much pressure on users’ ears instead of overloads of bass. If users could hear clear, adequate sound without losing any detail in the track for a long time with no hearing fatigue, we would call this a victory for us. Bass is important, but not dominant. We would amplify it when necessary, control it when it isn’t.Another is the sound tuning when we are using only LDAC. Its biggest advantage is to transfer sound sources with higher quality in higher bandwidth, with which the hardware could achieve higher fidelity. To make use of the advantage, our sound quality optimization is more about fine-tuning the speaker & chamber design to fit the LDAC’s strong point, making the music true to its originality.

What depth can the X-BOAT Pro active noise reduction achieve？

We adapt TPU+LCP composite diaphragm material. TPU material is beneficial for bass, while LCP material can provide more detailed mid and low frequencies. The sensitivity (SPL) of the speaker is 125±2.5dB, the impedance is 32Ω±15%.
